Place a Return or Exchange Request by dropping us an email at indo@digitalisationconsultancy.com. within 5 days of receiving your order within UAE. All UAE and/or international Return & Exchange requests are only entertained for 5 working days after delivery of the order.

No Return or Exchange request (within UAE or worldwide) will be entertained after 5 days of the order delivery date.

It generally takes us 24-48 hours to process a return or exchange request. Refunds can take between 3-7 days to be processed, depending on your method of payment.
